FLAMENCO OLIVES

FLAMENCO classic black and green olives originate in the andalucia region. The black olives are fondly labeled “Black Pearls” amongst Spanish olives, due to their scarcity, exquisite taste, juicy flesh and shiny surface. The green olives are of the Manzanilla variety, distinguished by firmer flesh and a full-bodied flavor.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Whole and pitted black olives are ideal to serve as a “tapa” or aperitif to dinner or lunch, whereas sliced black olives are perfect as an ingredient for sauces, salads, and pasta or pizza recipes.
