FLAMENCO Hojiblanca has a reminiscent flavour of fresh grass with nuances of almond,apple. It stands out for its golden green color.
Its oleic acid content is medium, which makes our oil resistant to oxidation at high temperatures. In this way, hojiblanca oil can be used for frying and to use in raw, since it «grows» enough in the frying pan.
